Use of outdoor activities in extracuricular education in Sedlčany region

Title: Application of Outdoor Activities Program in After-school Childcare Programs in the Region of Sedlcansko Goals: The goal of this thesis is to apply a program of games in nature and verify its popularity in the afterschool programs environment. Methods: The research sample consisted of 121 children and 13 teachers, who participated in the designed program. The program was applied in nine afterschool programs of the Sedlcansko region. We designed questionnaires that were used to determine attractivity and usability of the program. The questionnaires were filled in by the children and the teachers separately. The data obtained from the questionnaires was processed using contingency tables and frequencies. The results were displayed using graphs. Results: We created two versions of a 1.5 hour-long program: for natural and gym environments. Games introduced in the natural environment received an average rating of 1.38 compared to the rating of 1.23 for the gym environment measured on a scale 1 -5, with one being the. The average difficulty rating of all games given by the teachers is 1.78, which is close to level 2 -moerate difficulty. 33.03 % students chose as a best game a game that included the ropes course. Outdoor Activities at secondary schools in Mladá Boleslav from the view of students

Title: Outdoor activities in selected secondary schools in Mladá Boleslav Aim: The aim was to create a comprehensive summary of sport courses organized by secondary schools as a part of compulsory education and to find out students' true opinion of these courses, using the feedback based on executed activities. Method: The datas were collected using interviews and checklists which contained opened,closed and scaled questions. These datas were interpreted considering graphs and led into conclusions. Results: Sport courses'structure is mostly concieved in way that educatiors don't care about preparation properly, they don't take advantage of natural environment but students showed appreciation to running of courses, though. Key words: physical education, outdoor sports, adventure education, experience, sport games, ecological education.

It validates the deliverables of the experiental education for the development of the personality through theoretical exploration of the basic elements of the experiantal education (like the adventure, self-experiental education and the focused review process). It also characterises where exactly the benefits for the free time pedagogue are. On the basis of the frame educational program, it also explores the question in the conclusion, why this forms of education shall be a part of the university{\crq}s educational approach
